High Quality Calling
All members of our calling team undergo extensive training in conversational persuasive communication skills and campaign specific preparation. Individual caller results are monitored closely and calls are listened to by management and quality assurance staff, ensuring high quality representation and effective implementation of the scripted message and strategy.
Client Services
Every campaign is assigned a client services account team to provide exceptional service, including pre-campaign planning, scheduling caller trainings, daily campaign analysis and trouble-shooting, creative development and interfacing with call center managers and callers on a daily basis.

Direct Advantage Marketing utilizes a state-of-the-art Noble Systems predictive and preview dialer. Caller screens can be customized to include as much relevant information about each prospect as needed, and capture comments and donor requests. All campaigns run in compliance with FTC regulations.
